• Together we will develop your ideas and clearly outline your goals and anticipated readers. 
• Potential collaborators are reviewed and organizational and production decisions made. 
• A design brief is outlined to best convey the outlined book goals.
• A working budget and production schedule are established.

Content Development:

• We refine and shape the text and image program to create the ideal publication. 
• Text and images are organized for delivery to the designer. 

Editing:

• Structural edits ensure the narrative and pacing are correct.
• Copyedits ensure error-free text that is clear and accessible. 

Design Management:

• Design meetings are coordinated with clear agendas and action items to ensure the project stays on track and on budget.

Proofreading:
